Tides of Captivation

Remember those stories we devoured as kids? The ones that transported us to faraway lands, filled with pirates and treasure, forbidden love, and daring escapes? The ones that made our hearts race and our imaginations soar?

pirates and treasure, forbidden love, and daring escapes

I wrote "Tides of Captivation" for those of us who never stopped yearning for that kind of adventure.

It's the story of Isabella Montgomery, a young woman trapped in a gilded cage of societal expectations. Faced with a loveless marriage, she makes a daring escape, stowing away aboard a ship bound for the Caribbean. But the freedom she craves comes at a price – a price that forces her to confront her deepest fears and discover a strength she never knew she possessed.

I’m doing what I can to protect the small spark I have — and that means pulling back from some things to keep creating the things that matter most. Which brings me to...

A dramatic scene depicting two women in profile facing each other against a dark, moody background. Both wear tricorn hats and historic-style clothing. The woman on the left is dressed in a red coat with white frills, while the woman on the right wears a

Eden’s Desk Hello Reader,! Somehow, we made it to February. I swear, January lasted at least three years—and February is already looking like it’s following in its footsteps. But despite time playing tricks on me, I’ve been keeping busy with writing and plotting. I’ve been deep in planning mode for Tides of Reckoning, and I’m so excited about where this story is heading! There’s something about diving into the tangled webs of pirate alliances, betrayals, and sapphic romance that feels like...
